About Kim Shnider of Be Fit South Shore
Meet Kim. She is Be Fit South Shore's dedicated studio manager and fitness coach, with a deep passion for helping women feel confident in their own skin, fall in love with strength training, and embrace the power of being strong. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Keene State College and over 9 years of experience in the fitness field, Kim combines her knowledge and passion to guide women toward healthier, more confident lives.
Certified by ACSM since 2016, Kim specializes in safe, effective exercise programming, and she is particularly passionate about teaching women to feel strong and confident with strength training. She loves empowering women to lift weights, break through their fears of strength training, and realize just how capable they truly are. Whether it's building muscle, increasing endurance, or improving overall fitness, Kim encourages women to embrace the benefits of lifting weights as a key component of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Beyond strength training, Kim offers personalized nutrition plans through Precision Nutrition and Hormone Health Coaching via the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
As a Functional Range Conditioning Specialist, she incorporates mobility and functional movement training to optimize joint health and mobility.
With a client-centered approach, Coach Kim is committed to helping women achieve things they never thought possible. Watching her clients grow stronger, more empowered, and more confident is what fuels her dedication to fitness coaching every day.
